
"You Are What You Eat" - Netflix DocuSeries
Every now and then there's a new vegan propaganda documentary that cherry picks data to present to you "facts". That's just covert activism to funnel money into Impossible Burgers and such.
A proper human diet is actually very easy to discern:
- from the evolutionary perspective, we know that eating meat has allowed the shrinkage of our GI tract in favor of a growing brain
- from the anatomy perspective, everything in our body points to adaptations to hunt/chew/digest MEAT. We have teeth structure of an omnivorous animal, we have strong stomach acid to break down animal protein and we have a short digestive tract (compared to that of a gorilla or a cow, who have to convert all that cellulose they eat into nutrition) that is proper of flesh eating animals.
"You Are What You Eat" - ironically the clue is in the name itself. You are made of animal protein. Not soybeans.
