What is 'Safe' Sun Exposure?
Using chemicals to block sun from your skin is not the answer.
Why? For one, you weren't born slathered in sunscreen.
You have all the ingredients inside of you to protect you, if you use them wisely.
Stop being a weekend warrior, start respecting your body's requirement to be in the sun on the daily:
1. Expose as much skin as possible at sunrise daily.
2. Be patient with building up melanin in your skin. It takes 4 weeks to build up this natural SPF in your skin at the same latitude.
3. Eat foods rich in carotenoids (shrimp) and histidine (pork, eggs, lamb etc.) to support melanin production.
4. Never use sunglasses.
5. Block artificial light after sunset.
6. Watch your fake 'vegetable' oil intake.
