The Sun Emits Blue Light, too

Blue light is the main circadian rhythm setter - we need it.

Life evolved in oceans, and the sky blue color is the one that reaches down water the deepest. That’s probably why Nature chose the blue frequency for that role.

But there are critical differences in how the blue portion of sunlight is perceived by your body, compared to how blue rich artificial light is.

Sunlight’s blue never exists without the presence of red - this blend is an important clue for your body to receive.

Blue light as a solo frequency induces an acid pH
that leads to an increase in Reactive Oxygen Species production (free radicals).

That’s why skin conditions that are blamed on sunlight, including skin cancer, are actually caused by synthetic blue light.

Blue light when unbalanced by red destroys your photoreceptors and uncouples vitamin A that takes on a toxic form and wreaks havoc.

Our indoor lifestyle doesn’t allow us to get the blend, on top we overconsume synthetic blue frequency from artificial light and electronic devices - we become blue light toxic.

Blue light’s presence is at maximum at solar noon, and it wanes afterwards. When you expose your eyes and skin to blue light when it’s not present from the Sun, you mess up your melatonin production (your ability to regenerate).
