No Weight Loss? Check Your Vitamin D Levels
The pandemic has opened everybody’s eyes to how important it is to maintain optimal vitamin D levels.

- Vit. D helps white blood cells in clearing infections. That happens ONLY when you get UV-B frequencies (sunlight) through your skin.
- Vit. D also cannot convert to the active form in your body, when the cholesterol in your skin isn’t sulphated by the Sun.
- When you take a vit. D supplement, your body needs to make extra LDL cholesterol. That doesn’t need to happen when you create Vitamin D from sunlight.
- And only when you make vit. D via the sunlight in your skin, can you release a vitamin D binding protein that will help you get through the winter.
