Glycation is Caramelization of Your Body's Proteins
Your body consists of proteins.
When you eat high levels of sugars that have too much of the wrong isotope in it, that's not tied to the light cycle that you're in, you're glycating those proteins.
And glycation is basically a fancy word for caramelization. You're caramelizing your proteins.
Another way of saying it is that you're aging yourself and destroying the tissues with glycation. It also accumulates in your mitochondrial matrix and slows down your ATP production.
And the way to check it is just a basic blood test, HbA1c. You will see if it's elevated, you have too much glycation.
