Eliminate Cravings

The problem is: humans are NOT designed to snack.

Cows are.

Cows do fine with grazing all day long because that’s the only way they’re going to convert grass into enough nutrition.

We now have food and its substitutes available any time everywhere. So it’s easy to snack.

But many people don’t know that artificial EMF exposure will make you hungry.

Why?

Because nnEMFs such as WiFi and blue light stretch the respiratory proteins inside of mitochondria.

Those proteins are the electron transport chain - if they are separated from each other, electrons cannot flow as fast as needed, and the energy status of your body goes down.

You need to start retooling your environment to:

» eliminate blue light

» and minimize wireless tech
