Are You Blue Light Toxic?
Modern glass windows block all the important colours of light, and allows through isolated blue light.

That’s enough, because light’s quantum properties make it ‘fluid’. It floods the space, even though there’s just a tiny crack open.
We have non-visual photoreceptors in our body. Meaning, that they pick up on frequencies that we cannot detect through vision.
This is how the body works on the quantum level.
One of those photoreceptors is especially important to learn about if you want to heal, lose weight or maintain health and longevity: it’s called melanopsin.
Melanopsin is located at the backs of our eyes and acts like a trap for blue light.
What I’m really saying here is:
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Let that sink in.
Our body is infinitely complex! It has a certain set of tasks that it wants to do during daytime, and another set of tasks it wants to accomplish during darkness.
The light from those blue light traps goes into your brain.
If your brain perceives isolated frequencies that are not found in nature, they signal chaos.
