5 Health Benefits of Deuterium Depletion
A healthy body has 130 ppm (parts per million) of deuterium and lower, while research shows that levels of about 150 ppm is when people get seriously ill.
You can test your deuterium levels by submitting a saliva or urine (or breath) sample to a lab in your country that deals with isotope mass spectrometry.
Here are deuterium contents of popular foods and bottled water:
Coconut water: 156 ppm
Egg whites: 152 ppm
Egg yolks: 122 ppm
Wheat flour: 150 ppm
Sugar: 146 ppm
Oats: 141 ppm
Lard: 116 ppm
Coconut oil: 105 ppm
Sea water: 155 ppm at equator and less towards the poles
San Pelligrino: 148 ppm
Icelandic: 148 ppm
Evian: 145 ppm
Deuterium depleted water - depends on the brand but can go as low as 10 ppm (very expensive)
If you use DDW at first make sure to dilute it, as your body will not be able to excrete deuterium at a fast rate, so you would waste a portion of the money spent.
